For first jobbers, the choice of apprenticeships and courses frequently seems to be a large and colorful market place with numerous possibilities. The question is, however, how does one find one’s own path and the right offer?

The three-day Jobs For Future fair in Mannheim offered orientation and personal advice to people in all phases of their working lives. All in all, some 40,544 visitors attended the fair, which took place from February 13th until 15th, 2020. Among the 346 exhibitors, this year, ISOLITE was present for the first time. At stand 346, potential applicants got to find out about the various entry possibilities at ISOLITE. From internships and posts for working students, to conventional vocational apprenticeships through to dual studies in mechanical engineering, ISOLITE offers a wide variety of options for finding and developing a career.

“For ISOLITE, attending the Jobs For Future fair proved to be a complete success. In addition to the considerable interest in specialists and young professionals, we also welcome the opportunity to network with possible cooperation partners and teachers. Our apprentices, who were from a variety of divisions in our company, worked very hard at the exhibition stand. They were highly motivated and provided advice to the interested young people, passing on their tips and experience,” added Islam Sukrij, who is a Training Manager in the Industrial Insulators division.
