The ISOLITE group is ready for the challenges of the future with two personnel changes in the top management. With Satoshi Tsukahara (CEO) and Yuji Matsuo (CFO), ISOLITE is expanding the management level with two experienced strategists in order to continue to operate worldwide as technology and quality leader for high-temperature insulation. Especially the potentials resulting from the utilization of the locations and the network of the shareholders shall be strengthened and exhausted in the future.

Mr. Tsukahara has been working in the field of production technology at Hitachi Chemical for 20 years and has been involved in the development of new manufacturing technologies with a focus on functional materials. As head of the Production Technology Strategy Office, his responsibilities included global manufacturing activities. As CEO, his future responsibilities include overall management and the continuous optimization of production productivity.

Mr. Matsuo has many years of experience in financial management and is primarily responsible for the financial direction of HCC’s overseas plants for the parent company Hitachi Chemical from Tokyo. As the new CFO of the ISOLITE group he will complete the four-member top management with his know-how. Mr. Kroll (CTO & CSO) and Mr. Yamanaka (COO) will continue to stay with the company in their well-known positions.

A very special thanks to Mr. Eck, who resigns from his position as CEO & CFO after 11 years. Christian Eck has already been one of the company’s top performers for 22 years. After responsibilities in the production management, he was CEO & CFO and responsible for the globalisation of the company in 7 countries with over 11 locations. As already planned in the change of shareholders in 2017, Mr. Eck will hand over his tasks at the end of the month and will continue to be a part of ISOLITE as Executive Vice President.
