Automotive Insulation Production Supervisor (m/f/d) - Klášterec nad Ohří, Czech Republik

At present, we establish our new automotive facility in the Czech Republic, that will operate as MINILEIT, and are looking for talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the production activities in the automotive insulation department
  • Ensure efficient operation of the hydraulic heating presses and other production equipment
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for manufactured components
  • Train and mentor production operators on best practices and safety protocols
  • Assign tasks and schedule work to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to optimize production processes
  • Report any production issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate departments
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process enhancements to the management team

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the automotive manufacturing industry, specifically in insulation component production
  • Strong knowledge of insulation production processes and equipment, including hydraulic heating presses
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and practices
  • Proficiency in English or German
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
