MINILEIT is a part of the ISOLITE group – a renowned manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation for cars with headquarters in Ludwigshafen, Germany and branches in several countries around the world. Due to expansion into the Czech market we are looking for motivated colleagues.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Production supervision and control
- Ensuring and maintaining quality standards
- Leading and coordinating a team of operators
- Motivating and developing the team
- Compliance with HSE in the given section
- Cooperation with area managers, production planning, logistics and quality department
- Solving technical problems and ensuring smooth running of production

What your profile should be:
- Technical high school degree with a high school diploma an advantage
- Several years of experience in team management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
- SAP an advantage
- Independence, reliability, responsibility
- Communicative and pleasant demeanour
- Team spirit and independent way of working
- Ability to coordinate and act flexibly
- Knowledge of English and/or German (B1)
