MINILEIT is a part of the ISOLITE group – a renowned manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation for cars with headquarters in Ludwigshafen, Germany and branches in several countries around the world. Due to expansion into the Czech market we are looking for motivated colleagues.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Supervision of compliance with the quality management system (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)
- Performing internal audits and quality checks
- Analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement
- Resolving customer complaints and claims
- Responsibility for the implementation of new projects and changes to existing ones according to VDA2
- Responsibility for assigned projects

What your profile should be:
- High school / University
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in the automotive industry
- SAP an advantage
- English / German min. B2
- Orientation and technical drawings required
- Knowledge of working with a PC a prerequisite
- Knowledge of standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, inspection plan, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA)
- Diligence, responsibility and autonomy
