What your duties will be:

  • Production supervision and control
  • Ensuring and maintaining quality standards
  • Management and coordination of a team of operators
  • Motivation and team development
  • Observance of OSH in a given section
  • Cooperation with area managers, production planning, logistics and quality department

What your profile should be:

  • High school of technical direction ending with a matriculation exam
  • Several years of experience in team management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
  • SAP advantage
  • Independence, reliability, responsibility
  • Communicative and pleasant demeanor
  • Team spirit and an independent way of working
  • Ability to coordinate and act flexibly
  • Knowledge of English and/or German (B1)
