Production Worker (m/w/d) – Insulation Components Bonding - Klášterec nad Ohří, Czech Republik

ISOLITE GmbH is a renowned company with production plants in several countries of the world. The Head office is in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany. We are a specialized supplier of automotive components and solutions. With a strong commitment to innovation and quality, we strive to deliver excellence to our customers in the automotive industry. At present, we establish our new automotive facility in the Czech Republic, that will operate as MINILEIT, and are looking for talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components using adhesive bonding techniques based on provided assembly instructions, drawings, or work orders
  • Perform quality control inspections on finished components
  • Manage material logistics at the workstation
  • Independently handle order processing tasks
  • Record quantities and document in production orders, accompanying cards, and BDE system
  • Report and record any malfunctions or issues
  • Maintain machines and work tools
  • Promptly report any missing materials
  • Identify and report drawing, bill of materials, or production errors to superiors and collaborate on corrective measures
  • Incorporate continuous improvement initiatives into production processes

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred; alternatively, experience in a relevant trade or assembly work
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Basic knowledge of the German language
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and SAP
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of German or English is preferred
