We are happy that Mr. Florian Thiele and Mr. Benjamin Wagner are part of the ISOLITE family again.
Mr. Thiele was already part of the ISOLITE team from 2014 to 2021. Initially, he took care of the exhaust aftertreatment customers of the ISOLITE Group in the position of Sales Manager Automotive until 2016. In 2017, he took over the customer group “Turbochargers and Exhaust Manifolds” as Key Account Manager, which has since seen an extraordinary growth in new projects. Since December 2022, Mr. Florian Thiele is back at ISOLITE and working as Global Head of Sales & Project Management. With the global responsibility of sales, project management and marketing, he will strengthen customer relationships, develop them in a future-oriented and sustainable way and contribute to the healthy growth of the ISOLITE Group.
From 2007 to 2017, Mr. Wagner was also part of ISOLITE. If you remember back, this was the time of strongest growth, with an average CAGR of 17%. As head of production planning and control at that time, Mr. Wagner contributed significantly to the expansion and stabilization of the systems, processes and workflow organization. He played a leading role in implementing international production and supply chains. In the meantime, Mr. Wagner developed into a global relocation and launch manager. In doing so, he planned and managed the set-up of entire production plants on the Greenfield. By 01.05.2023 at the latest, he will also take over this position at ISOLITE in order to further optimize and expand the global footprint.
